Back in November of 2017, Rich Swann was arrested for battery and kidnap/false imprisonment of an adult after an incident involving his wife, and now we have an update on his status in the aftermath of his indefinite suspension by WWE.

According to PW Insider, all charges against the wrestler have now been dropped because prosecutors have found that there is “insufficient evidence” to move forward.

We're not sure where that leaves Swann with WWE, but there's a decent chance he will now be reinstated.
