Asuka and Charlotte Flair were supposed to face off again to open this week's episode of Raw, but after The IIconics, Sasha Banks and Bayley made their way out to the ring, they ended up teaming together for a triple-threat tag-match.

When The Empress of Tomorrow picked up the win with an Asuka Lock on Billie Kay, The Queen blindsided her own partner with a clothesline, setting up a singles bout for later on the show.

The match was as great as you'd expect, with Asuka doing everything in her power to take down her larger opponent and finally get a win over the woman who ended her undefeated streak at WrestleMania 34. The Raw Women's Champion looked like she was about to do just that after landing a stiff kick to Charlotte's head, but Nia Jax rushed to the ring apron and caused enough of a distraction to allow Flair to deliver a big boot and score the pinfall victory.

Tune in to Backlash this Sunday to see if Asuka can get a measure of revenge against The Irresistible Force.
