In arguably the most disappointing match of the night (well, aside from the main event obviously), Charlotte Flair defeated Bayley to become the new SmackDown Women's Champion at the Hell in a Cell PPV.

These two are more than capable of putting on a clinic, but this way-too short bout was just... there. They traded a few shots, Bayley attempted to cheat, Charlotte locked in the Figure 8 for the submission victory. The end.

The Queen is now a 10-time Women's Champion, and will likely enjoy another lengthy run with the title. Bayley, meanwhile, took the loss very badly, and we may now see a proper heel turn from the Huggable One as she begins to blame the WWE Universe for her shortcomings.
