SmackDown Live may not be treated by WWE with the same importance as RAW but that's going to change when it starts airing on Fox this time next year. In the meantime, WWE celebrated a landmark episode last night with the 1000th edition of the show and kicked things off with an awesome video package highlighting some of the most historic moments for the past 1000 episodes.

As per usual, the company definitely delivered when it came to coming up with an awesome highlight reel which not only set the tone for the show but also brought back memories of some truly great moments which are every bit as deserving of recognition as the ones we see on RAW.
