CM Punk Had Harsh Words For SMACKDOWN Star The Miz During A Heated Exchange On Twitter

Following last night's episode of WWE Backstage, The Miz and CM Punk exchanged some pretty heated words on social media and if the latter was under contract with WWE, it's fair to say he'd be in trouble...

The Miz appeared on last night's episode of WWE Backstage and in a video shared by @WWEonFOX on Twitter, he could be seen in a post-show video saying that it was "the best WWE Backstage episode ever." Renee Young then responded by pointing out that Ember Moon's appearance was also pretty good and, well, things escalated from there.

Making what was more than likely an in-character dig at CM Punk, The Miz responded, "Oh, sorry I didn’t change the culture. My bad."

Well, Punk took issue with that and in a now deleted Tweet, responded: "Go suck a blood money covered d**k in Saudi Arabia you f**king dork." Ouch. Now, it's important to note that The Miz actually decided NOT to travel to Saudi Arabia for Crown Jewel and, in fairness, Punk really hasn't changed the culture as he vowed to do after debuting on the Fox Sports 1 show.

There's been no response from The Miz as of yet but we'll be sure to keep you guys updated.
