CM Punk's Agents Have Reportedly Reached Out To FOX About His Hosting WWE's Studio Show

Well, this is unexpected. While it doesn't appear as if CM Punk has any plans to step back inside the squared circle, it's said that his agent has been in touch with FOX about a WWE return...of sorts!

The latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reveals that there are those in All Elite Wrestling who are convinced that CM Punk is returning to WWE. While those within the company are denying that, Dave Meltzer now says that Punk's agent has reached out to FOX to see if they would be interested in him.

However, it has nothing to do with him stepping back inside the squared circle; instead, his agent asked whether they would want him to host the weekly WWE talk show which will air on FS1.

The show's hosts will be paid by FOX rather than WWE but it's hard to imagine the company being willing to have a disgruntled former employee tearing into what they've doing every Tuesday! However, none of this means Punk is interested as his agents might just have been putting out feelers. It's also possible that this is total misdirection and we will see Punk in AEW.

What do you guys think?
