It looks like there's still a chance WWE will pull the plug on Crown Jewel.

According to The Wrap, the company is waiting for Turkey to announce details from its investigation into the killing of Washington Post columnist Jamal Khashoggi before it makes a final call. That report is due today, which means WWE is expected to announce its final decision sometime tomorrow.

Regardless of Turkey's findings, should WWE decide to go ahead with the show in Saudi Arabia there will be a tonne of backlash. There are already rumors that John Cena and Daniel Bryan have refused to participate in the event (we're still waiting on confirmation), and it's believed that many other Superstars and backstage employees feel the same way.

At any rate, we'll just have to see what happens. Keep an eye on TRR for updates in the meantime, and let us know your thoughts on this down below.
