Could Kurt Angle's Return To The Ring Pave The Way For SMACKDOWN LIVE GM Daniel Bryan To Follow Suit?

To paraphrase Anthony Hopkins in The Edge, what one GM can do, another can do! At least, that's what Daniel Bryan is hoping. The Smackdown Live general manager sent out the following Tweet after TLC last night.

It's no secret that Smackdown LIVE general manager Daniel Bryan is itching to get back in the ring, and although he hasn't been cleared by WWE's medical team yet, once his contract is up next year there will be plenty of opportunities for him to wrestle with another company.

But is there any possibilty we could see him lace up his boots for WWE again? After all, Kurt Angle being medically cleared was a long-shot, and last night at TLC the 48-year-old Olympic gold medallist proved that he could still go.

After watching the main event, Bryan sent out the following Tweet.



Let's hope there is indeed a chance, because it would be amazing to see Daniel Bryan do what he does best in a WWE ring again... even if it's just for one more match.
