As expected, Roman Reigns putting his Universal Championship on the line against Brock Lesnar headlined Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia, but were Paul Heyman's loyalties finally revealed? For weeks, it's been teased that the ECW founder might secretly be working with The Beast, but it was the Head of the Table who walked out with the title.
Lesnar had the match won after hitting the F5 on Reigns, but the referee was knocked out in the process so there was no one there to count the 1-2-3.
As both men struggled to their feet, they looked at Heyman at ringside to throw either one of them the title so they could gain the upper hand. Well, Heyman threw it between them and said simply, "You know what to do with it." Both Lesnar and Reigns struggled for control of the title, but the former ended up taking a double superkick from the Usos and a shot from the belt so that the Big Dog could win.
A sheepish Heyman left with Reigns and The Usos, but we still don't fully know who he's really working for. Clearly, WWE is looking to hold off on revealing more until a bigger show (likely next year's WrestleMania), but a babyface Lesnar being the one to finally dethrone Reigns with Heyman at his side...well, that doesn't do much to create a new star.
