Daniel Bryan and Bray Wyatt will do battle for the Universal Championship this Sunday at the Royal Rumble in a Strap Match, and both men will come face-to-face tonight on SmackDown to sign the contract.
Bryan made the challenge last week, choosing the stipulation because he believes Wyatt is a coward at heart and if they're strapped together, he won't be able to run away. Why anyone would want to be tied to The Fiend is beyond us, but here we are.
We haven't seen a strap match in WWE for many years, so it should certainly be an exciting encounter. Bryan is not expected to win, of course, but WWE has been known to surprise us... on a rare occasion.
A six-man tag-match was also announced, as Roman Reigns and The Usos join forces to take on Baron Corbin, Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode, who recently returned from suspension.
