The Miz managed to defeat Daniel Bryan at SummerSlam with a well-timed blow to the head courtesy of some brass knuckles and the Hollywood A-Lister once again managed to score a victory over his old foe at last night's Hell in a Cell PPV. In a mixed tag team match which involved the wives of both men - Brie Bella and Maryse - The Miz scored the win courtesy of his significant other.
That came when Maryse managed to roll Brie up with a handful of tights in her hand, effectively screwing Byran out of another victory over the man he's been feuding with for several years now.
The question is, where do things go next? We know that Bryan and The Miz will do battle at Super Show-Down, while rumour has it that Maryse will square off with Brie at the Evolution PPV next month. Both matches make sense and a victory for both babyfaces would serve as redemption for them, bringing this rivalry to an end in the process. We'll see but stay tuned for updates.
