SmackDown LIVE kicked-off with a flashback to Daniel Bryan announcing his retirement 2 years ago, before recapping today's news that one of the most popular Superstars in WWE history has been medially cleared to compete again. T

Then, as expected, Bryan made his way to the ring to a chorus of YES! chants, and cut an emotional promo. The former WWE Champion thanked the company's doctors, his fans, and finally his wife Brie, who he says was the one who pushed him to never give up and continue to chase his dream.

Daniel then took a long look at the WrestleMania sign - but clarified that a match on the Grandest Stage of The All may not happen.

Backstage, Dolph Ziggler congratulated his old rival, telling him that he "can't wait to beat him." Could The Showoff be Bryan's first opponent? Well, there's still plenty of the show to come, so check back later for updates.
