When he's not wrestling Big Cass, Daniel Bryan is being given the opportunity to do battle with awesome talents like Rusev, AJ Styles, and Samoa Joe on SmackDown Live. During a recent interview, he was asked for his opinion on who the greatest wrestler in the world today is and it probably won't surprise you to learn that, like most wrestling fans out there, he named AJ Styles as being #1.

"I consider AJ to be the best right now as far as in-ring performance. It was good to be able to go out there and see if I could keep up with him not only physically but mentally because a large part of what we do is mental. I actually wish we had more time; the match we had was 10-12 minutes or whatever it was and hopefully soon we’ll have the chance to do a solid 30 minutes and do our thing."

Seeing that would be nothing short of incredible, especially after their match the night after WrestleMania was spoiled by Shinsuke Nakamura! Bryan then went on to say that there are a number of wrestlers on SmackDown Live he's hoping to face, including Andrade Cien Almas. However, it appears as if he's also well aware of those on RAW too and he wants two of them, in particular.

"I also think there’s something there with me and Roman Reigns, somewhere down the line. I just feel there’s something there. And the big match that I always say – I really want to wrestle Brock. I’ve been wanting to wrestle Brock for years, when I came back from my neck surgery in 2015, it was the match that I wanted. I’m sure Brock doesn’t want it, he doesn’t care!"
