When Daniel Bryan and Rowan became the SmackDown Tag Team Champions, fans were excited to see what they would bring to WWE's stagnant tag team division. Sadly, the company pretty much left it stagnant even with them holding the titles and they lost those at Extreme Rules last night.

Well, during a post-match interview, a seemingly unhinged Bryan talked about pursuing excellence in the tag team division and lamented being brought down by them after trying to pull them up to the main event. He then said that, "I have to go where Daniel Bryan has not gone before. I know exactly what I have to do."

What does that mean and will we see Bryan remain in the tag team division alongside Rowan?

It's hard to say as of right now but it would be no bad thing for Bryan to return to his singles career as he does seem wasted in a tag team and getting little to no TV time each week!
