This is the Daniel Bryan we've been waiting to see!
The Leader of the YES! Movement showed his more aggressive (unhinged?) side last night on SmackDown, channeling his intensity to not only score a big win over Jey Uso in a Street Fight, but lay a post-match beat-down on both of his WrestleMania opponents.
Bryan defeated Uso by laying in vicious elbows - with a chain wrapped around his arm - and forcing him to tap-out to the YES! Lock. He then immediately attacked Edge, who was on commentary, ramming his head repeatedly into the ring post.
Roman Reigns was watching the match from the ramp, and didn't escape Bryan's wrath despite flinging a chair at the approaching Superstar. Bryan dodged, landed a running knee, and synched in the YES! Lock, forcing the Head of the Table to scream in agony (he didn't tap this time, though).
Does this bode well for Bryan winning at 'Mania? Not really. He was always a long-shot, anyway, but when a wrestler is "put over" like this in the buildup to a championship match, it's usually a sign that someone else will walk away with the title.
We hope we're wrong, but our money is on Edge.
