Daniel Bryan Took Some Scathing Shots At Vince McMahon Tonight On SMACKDOWN LIVE

Tonight on SmackDown LIVE, Vince McMahon was set to moderate a face-to-face between WWE Champion "The New" Daniel Bryan and the man that will challenge for the gold at The Royal Rumble, AJ Styles.

However, Bryan had no intention of playing ball.

The former Leader of The YES! Movement refused to enter the ring, instead choosing to berate Styles from ringside. When Vince demanded that he get in the ring and face AJ, Bryan started in on The Chairman, blaming his Baby Boomer Generation for the state of the planet, and calling him a "parasite."

We assume this was all run past Vince first, of course, but it still seemed like an odd move since Daniel is supposed to be the bad guy here and was... well, speaking the truth, quite frankly.

At any rate, Styles eventually grew tired of it and chased Bryan around for a bit, but when he set him up in the ring for the Phenomenal Forearm, DB hid behind Vince and retaliated with his patented Running Knee.

Some decent heat on Bryan as we head towards The Rumble, but a bit of an underwhelming segment overall.
