Dave Bautista Hasn't Been Asked To Return For SMACKDOWN 1000...Despite It Taking Place In His Home Town

Dave Bautista was a huge part of SmackDown during the 2000s but it doesn't appear as if WWE views him as being worthy of an appearance at Smackdown 1000! WWE Hall of Famer Edge and The Undertaker have already been confirmed for the show but the former WWE Champion has taken to social media to make it clear he hasn't been invited despite it taking place in Washington DC.

As one of the brand's top Superstars, it's surprising that he hasn't been asked to appear, especially when he would have received a huge pop in his hometown after making a surprise return.

It's not clear what the issue is between Batista and WWE but he's been very outspoken about the company, making it clear that he doesn't agree with a lot of their decisions and is disappointed by them not getting back to him about a match he pitched featuring him and Triple H at WrestleMania. Are you disappointed that we won't see the Guardians of the Galaxy star at SmackDown 1000
