Last year, the signs were all pointing to Dave Bautista returning to WWE and battling Triple H at WrestleMania. Unfortunately, a pectoral injury suffered by The Game at Crown Jewel resulted in that being scrapped but there are still rumblings that Batista could play some sort of role at the PPV.
Now, Pro Wrestling Sheet's Ryan Satin has revealed that the Guardians of the Galaxy star is currently 50/50 on returning to the ring and while he is in talks with WWE, he's also been fielding offers from All Elite Wrestling and is listening to what both companies are putting forward. Should he make the leap to AEW, that would obviously be a huge blow to WWE.
Triple H has said that he's been cleared to train, so it's feasible that he could be ready to go at WrestleMania; right now, it's hard to say for sure.
Either way, with a lot of talent planning to make the leap to AEW (where the grass definitely appears to be greener for talent), WWE will have to do an awful lot to convince Batista to come home.
