The Revival is official done with professional wrestling. However, The Revolt has arrived.
Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler (Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder) released a teaser for their return to the independent scene following their release from the WWE and the former RAW Tag Team Champions have many fans excited over their next move:
After being with the WWE for nearly seven years, the promotion finally released the former multi-time Tag Team Champions last Wednesday. The duo’s departure was not a surprise as it’s been reported that Harwood and Wheeler had requested their release from the company several times.
Speculation is that The Revolt will end up in AEW, and while there’s no guarantee that the former WWE Tag Team Champions plan on jumping ship to the new promotion, back in 2018, The Bucks and The Revolt promised to wrestle each other one day. It also helps that AEW strongly highlights their tag team division, something that reportedly frustrated Harwood and Wheeler during their time on the WWE main roster.
The Revolt also teased going to the National Wrestling Alliance shortly after their release:
There’s no word on what the actual plans for The Revolt will be. Of course, we’ll keep you updated should news come to light on the status of Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler.
