Seth Rollins and Dolph Ziggler have spent the majority of 2018 feuding over the Intercontinental Championship and they've had some stellar matches along the way. Last night, with Dean Ambrose nowhere to be seen, Rollins issued an open challenge and it was quickly answered by the Showoff.
What followed was another excellent match between the two but I think it's fair to say that it would be no bad thing to see these two kept away from each other for a while before that grows stale.
Rollins scored the 1-2-3 when he connected on the top-rope suplex into a Falcon Arrow. What was really interesting is that Drew McIntyre was nowhere to be seen, something pointed out by Michael Cole. With the Scottish Psychopath aligned with Baron Corbin, could the alliance between him and Ziggler be at an end? If that is the case, it's an alliance that WWE has decided to end quietly.
