Drew McIntyre and Seth Rollins went to war for the WWE Championship last night at Money in the Bank, with The Scottish Psychopath ultimately emerging victorious and holding on to the title.

Nobody really expected Rollins to win so soon after Drew took the gold from Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania, but these guys are so damn good that they managed to make you believe it might just happen in certain points in the match.

Seth worked on the bigger man's knee for most of the bout, limiting his offence and setting up several Stomp attempts. He ultimately managed to hit one, but McIntyre kicked out and worked his way towards that Claymore. His first attempt was countered by a superkick, but after ducking and rebounding off the opposite rope, Drew hit the devastating kick for the 1,2,3.

After the match, McIntyre offered his hand, and The Monday Night Messiah actually took it. We don't know if this is setting up a face turn, but it would seem like an unusual move if WWE was planning on keeping Rollins heel.

Tune into Raw later tonight to find out!
