Drew McIntyre Wins The Men's ROYAL RUMBLE Match; Edge Returns To In-Ring Action

In what was easily the best Royal Rumble in years, Drew McIntyre was the last man standing and will go on to face the champion of his choice at WrestleMania. The bigger story, though, was the return of Edge!

Drew McIntyre punched his ticket to WrestleMania by winning the Men's Royal Rumble match tonight.

Brock Lesnar entered at #1, and dominated for a good 30 mins by eliminating everyone who crossed his path, including NXT's Keith Lee, Braun Strowman and the returning MVP. However, The Beast's past actions caught up with him when Ricochet entered.

Lesnar kicked The One and Only low last week, and Ricochet repaid the favor, allowing McIntyre to eliminate Brock with a Claymore Kick. Then, in what has to be the feel-good moment of the year so far for WWE fans, Edge made his return after returning from in-ring action 9 years ago.

The Rated R Superstar was one of the final 4 along with Drew, Randy Orton and Roman Reigns, but The Scottish Psychopath cleaned house, sending The Big Dog over the top rope last.

McIntyre vs. Lesnar at 'Mania looks very likely now, and that should be a hell of a match.
