WWE dropped a bombshell announcement last night when it was confirmed that Simone Johnson has signed with the company. Now, she's training as a development talent at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, and Simone clearly has a lot to prove as she looks to step out of her father's shadow.

We are, of course, talking about Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and The Great One has now taken to Instagram to congratulate his daughter on becoming a fourth generation WWE Superstar.

He's clearly proud and excited to see what she brings to the squared circle moving forward. Time will tell how long it will be before we see her in NXT, but you have to believe that the WWE is well aware that they could have the next top female star on their hands with Simone Johnson.
