According to Pro Wrestling Sheet, Simone Johnson, the 17-year-old daughter of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, has begun her WWE training at the Performance Center in Orlando.

Simone has stated in previous interviews that she looked to follow in her father’s footsteps by entering into the world of professional wrestling once she’s graduated. The Rock has since endorsed the idea of his daughter being a WWE superstar. Johnson has reportedly been training for the past few months on a part-time basis, but she is expected to be advance her training in the coming weeks and months.

The news was also confirmed by Smackdown Live Superstar Zelina Vegas on a recent episode of Lilian Garcia’s podcast, Chasing Glory.

"His daughter Simone and I have become so close," said Vega. "She's training now at the Performance Center. She's like, 'I want to learn from you. I knew that I wanted to start wrestling, for sure, when I saw you at Raw [filming] the movie.'"
