EC3 Posts A Cryptic Message On Social Media That Teases His Future In The WWE

The RAW superstar hasn't had much of a fair shot on the main roster since his call-up earlier this year, and it appears that EC3 is teasing that he could be leaving the company once his contract expires.

I think it’s fair to say that EC3 has been officially wasted on the main roster.

The man formerly known as Derrick Bateman went over to TNA, transformed himself with a body Vince McMahon could love, and proved that he had what it takes to be a main eventer if given a chance to do so.

Fast Forward to 2019, and the former TNA World Heavyweight Champion is basically a jobber on the RAW brand. When Jon Moxley revealed the reasoning behind management pulling the plug on EC3’s push, it was clear that Vince McMahon and company had unfairly given up on the RAW superstar, and EC3 appears to have stopped caring himself.

The former TNA World Heavyweight champion has now fueled speculation on his future when his contract is up in the WWE, as EC3 posted a cryptic message on his social media:

Our mistrust of the future makes it hard to give up the past.

It’s unknown exactly when the RAW superstar’s contract is set to end; however, if EC3’s future continues to be wrestling on Main Event and chasing after the 24/7 Championship, then it might be safe to say that the former TNA World Heavyweight champion won’t be staying with the WWE for long.
