Say what you will about this year's King of the Ring, but it certainly hasn't been predictable.
Last night on SmackDown LIVE, Elias defeated Ali with the Driftaway after a very solid back-and-forth bout, and, in an even more surprising turn of events, Chad Gable managed to pin Andrade with am Olympic-style rollup.
This means that Elias will now face Gable in next week's semifinal, while Raw will feature a triple-threat match with Samoa Joe, Baron Corbin and Ricochet.
