Elias And Shane McMahon Teamed Up To Take Out Roman Reigns During SMACKDOWN LIVE Last Night

Well, this is an unexpected alliance! Last night's SmackDown Live kicked off with Shane McMahon confronting Roman Reigns but The Big Dog got more than he bargained for when Elias got involved. Check it out!

During last week's episode of SmackDown Live, Roman Reigns took out Vince McMahon with a Superman Punch and Shane McMahon was looking for retribution during yesterday evening's show.

Just as the two men were about to square off, Elias made his presence felt and helped the Chairman's son take out The Big Dog and leave him lying in the middle of the ring. It's an unexpected alliance and Elias later challenged Reigns to a match at Money in the Bank before escaping in a limo with Shane.

Honestly, it feels like this could be building up to a match featuring Reigns vs. Shane at SummerSlam and that's not a bad way to keep the new SmackDown Live signee busy over the coming months, especially as the WWE title should be kept on Kofi Kingston for the time being.
