Eva Marie Responds To Rumor That She's Already Been Released By WWE In Now-Deleted Tweet

Eva Marie has rather angrily responded to a rumor that she may have already been released by WWE after only making her debut on Raw a couple of weeks ago. Check out her since-deleted Tweet here...

Eva Marie's return to WWE may not have gotten off to the best of starts, but no, she hasn't already been released!

This is the rumor that's been doing the rounds on social media after it was noticed that Eva was listed on the Alumni section of WWE’s website. Common sense should really have made it clear that her profile simply wasn't moved back to the active roster section when she returned to the company, but this is the internet we're talking about.

At any rate, Marie took to Twitter to clear things up, tagging WWE and Fox. She has since deleted her Tweet, but here's what it said:

“FAKE NEWS! Tweets circulating that my Status on the WWE Roster is Alumni. FALSE! A simple fact check reveals the truth. Don’t let the main stream fake wrestling news media try to derail the #EVALution . We are in this together, they can’t stop us! #WWERaw @WWE @WWEonFOX”

To be fair, at the rate WWE has been releasing its talent of late, it wouldn't have been too shocking if they had already given Marie her marching orders - especially since they don't seem to have much of a plan in place for her character. Eva debuted with Piper Niven (now known as [frick]ing Doudrop) as her enforcer , and the NXT UK Superstar seemingly betrayed her on this past Monday's episode of Raw.

Or did she? Have they since patched things up? Who knows, who cares... someone please put Raw out of its misery.
