Finn Balor may be back in NXT but that wasn't always the plan for him. Originally, he was supposed to return to the main roster after his break from the company following SummerSlam and that's why WWE pencilled him in for the upcoming UK tour.

Now, The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reveals that Balor has been pulled from that (he was originally being advertised for SmackDown branded events) because he's officially part of the NXT roster.

This seemingly confirms that the former NXT Champion is going to be with the yellow brand for a long time to come and while UK fans are bound to be disappointed that they won't get to see Balor in action, it's entirely feasible he'll appear at a future NXT UK show.
