Lio Rush is making quite the impact each week on 205 Live, but the show continues to be overlooked by both fans and WWE. After all, we rarely see the company promoting the show, and a bad initial run (when Vince McMahon was in charge) means very few people tune in every week.
Now, Rush - who splits his time between NXT and 205 Live these days - has taken to Twitter for a fan Q&A and says that the brand deserves to be treated better "as a whole."
It's hard to say whether he's referring to WWE's treatment of the promotion or the fact the majority of fans walk out each week after cameras stop rolling on SmackDown (thereby not bothering to stick around to watch 205 Live). Either way, it's great to see him sticking up for the Cruiserweights.
After all, he's clearly passionate about the promotion, but it seems the only way to save it moving forward would be to do what fans have suggested by moving it to Full Sail!
