It appears that former Impact Wrestling champion Eli Drake is on WWE’s radar.

Drake debuted in Impact Wrestling back in 2015 and rose to the ranks as an elite superstar when he won the then GFW Global championship (which was renamed the Impact Wrestling World Heavyweight champinship) in August 2017. It’s been noted that Drake’s Impact Wrestling contract expires this month.

A fan recently asked Dave Meltzer on Twitter if there is any truth to the rumors that WWE might be interested in signing Drake, and Meltzer responded with the following:
