Seth Rollins recently did an interview with Iridian Fierro, in which the former Intercontinental champion was questioned about who his favorite wrestler is, both inside and out of WWE, and Rollins quickly answered with AJ Styles.
Both men’s career started in Ring of Honor. Styles made his debut back in 2002, but his first run with the company ended in 2006 and he remained in TNA/Impact Wrestling for over a decade. Rollins made his ROH debut back in 2007 and by the time Styles returned to the independent scene in 2014, Rollins was already on the main roster of WWE programming.
The two have yet to have a one-on-one encounter in WWE, but one can hope that before Styles officially calls it quits inside the squared circle, they'll get to have a match that’s given a lengthy period of time and little restrictions.
Check out the full interview below, in which Rollins eleberates on his desire to face Kenny Omega, and many more wrestling related topics regarding his career.
