Ronda Rousey returned to WWE last month at the Royal Rumble, winning the match and earning a main event spot at WrestleMania. Now, she'll face SmackDown Women's Champion Charlotte Flair at the Show of Shows, but recently revealed her biggest fear about stepping back into the ring during a Facebook Q&A with fans (via WrestlingInc.com).
Since competing at WrestleMania 35, the Baddest Woman on the Planet has given birth to her first child, and that's understandably played in her mind while appearing on television recently.
"Sorry if I leak through the hoodie on my screen," Rousey said to fans tuning in. "On the stream, which has become my new paranoia, which is that I’m going to start lactating live on television. Like would I, well on Raw, SmackDown, or wrestling or something. That’s why like, it was pretty bold wearing the white, white shirt on Raw. Oh God, please do not lactate."
Rousey went on to say that her ring gear has changed because the former UFC star is still not 100% comfortable wearing what she used to. "Well, you know I said it maybe four months ago, and I didn’t really feel comfortable enough to dawn my regular wrestling gear yet. But I’m working towards it."
"Because it’s, you know, it’s hard when being judged directly to how I looked three years ago."
Based on what we've seen from Rousey thus far, she's definitely still got "it" and looks to be in fighting shape. With plenty of time to go until WrestleMania, we're sure Ronda will steal the show there too.
