During Friday night's episode of SmackDown, The Usos defeated new SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Miz and John Morrison in a non-title match less than twenty four hours after they won them at Super ShowDown. That's a bad habit of WWE's, but it was done to set up an Elimination Chamber match at next weekend's PPV.
As you might expect, there's been backlash online about that and the decision to have The Fiend lose the Universal Championship to 53-year-old Golberg on Thursday night. So, when one fan noted on Twitter that it seems WWE is "trying to completely destroy their characters," Bray Wyatt unexpected responded with the affirmative!
He could be toying with fans or legitimately p*ssed off that The Fiend lost the way he did to Golberg at such an early point in his Universal title reign (he only won the title in October). Either way, a lot of damage has been done to Wyatt's character, and we now have to hope he's somewhat rehabbed facing John Cena at WrestleMania.
