Looks like Big Dave is coming home after all.

WWE has announced that Evolution will reunite at the SmackDown 1000 episode on Tuesday, October 16. The reunion will feature every Evolution member, WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair, Triple H, Randy Orton and Batista.

The group formed back in 2003 and was a main staple on the RAW brand. It helped both newcomers Batista and Randy Orton become main players on the WWE roster. During Batista's brief stint in 2014, Evolution formed again to feud and put over the Shield; however, Ric Flair was not a part of the reunion back in 2014.

SmackDown 1000 is set in the Capital One Arena in Washington, DC on October 16. The arena is currently advertising Jeff Hardy vs. Randy Orton, The Miz vs. Daniel Bryan and Samoa Joe vs. WWE Champion AJ Styles but WWE has not confirmed these matches.
