Former WWE Champion Jinder Mahal Confirms That He's Been Working Injured In Recent Months

2017 has been a very interesting year for Jinder Mahal. He quickly went from a jobber being beaten up by Gronk at WrestleMania to SmackDown Live's WWE Champion as WWE looked to make a star in India. Things didn't really pan out, though, and he now seems to be slipping down the card as WWE clearly lost faith in him when he was dropped from that Brock Lesnar match at Survivor Series.

Something which shocked fans when Mahal's rise to the top began was the change to his physique and he's now confirmed that the considerable amount of muscle loss we've witnessed over the past few months is the result of him tearing the labrum in his right shoulder back in September. Despite that, he's continued working so the injury the Modern Day Maharajah sustained can't be that bad.

You can hear more from him in the video below - including confirmation that he's now back to 100% - and be sure to let us know your thoughts on this news in the comments section.
