Ever since former WWE Divas champion AJ Lee retired unexpectedly back in 2015 (and according to Lee, the discovery of permanent damage to her cervical spine was the main motivation for her retirement. She also "felt caught in the middle" between WWE and her husband Phil "CM Punk" Brooks) she’s been quietly making a name for herself elsewhere.

Her book, “Crazy is My Superpower: How I Triumphed by Breaking Bones, Breaking Hearts, and Breaking the Rules”, is a New York Times Best Seller ever since its release back in 2017.

The former WWE Divas Champion has now launched a new "Call Me Crazy for a Cause" GoFundMe campaign to benefit the National Alliance on Mental Illness. The campaign currently has raised $2,105 of a $25,000 goal with 16 people donating.
