According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Rezar suffered a major injury that will sideline him from in-ring action.

The former RAW Tag Team Champion got the injury during an eight-man tag team match that saw AOP, Murphy and Seth Rollins fight the Street Profits and the Viking Raiders. Rezar got the injury after catching a Montez Ford crossbody from the top rope, which tore his bicep in the process.

There’s no word on whether he needs surgery or not; however, should he get surgery then he’ll be out of action for six to eight months. WWE officials have not confirmed the injury publicly yet. This is unfortunate news for the 25-year-old as he’s currently in the midst of a solid push.

Him and Akam are coming back from an injury in early 2019 that forced officials to take both men off of television for some time. We’ll keep you updated on the situation regarding Rezar’s health status.
