At the end of 2022, it was revealed that WWE had released Mandy Rose after some very risque photos from her FanTime subscription page went viral on social media.

While not exactly pornographic, they were still a far cry from PG and showed off more of the former NXT Women's Champion than fans had ever seen on TV or Instagram. More softcore than hardcore, they still pushed the boundaries of what's acceptable from WWE's point of view, hence why the company no longer felt she could continue working for them.

There was initially speculation that Rose may head to IMPACT Wrestling or AEW (particularly after she'd shown so much improvement in NXT), but the Golden Goddess has yet to step back into the squared circle. Now, we may know why.

During a recent podcast appearance, Rose - who is thought to have made $500,000 on FanTime in her first post-WWE week alone - revealed that she's made over $50,000 from a single person on the subscription website.

"I've had one person, I won't say any names. One person, and this is on FanTime, spent $55,000 on me," the former WWE Superstar revealed. "One person. $55,000. So I'm like 'Wow, what does he do for a living that he's able to spend this kind of money on one person?' $55,000."

"And it wasn't even [over a long period]," she added. "It was definitely over a little time period. But it was definitely, yeah. Wild. So thank you! It is kind of crazy."

Signed in 2015 after competing in the sixth season of WWE Tough Enough, Rose initially competed on NXT before moving up to the main roster. There, she found success alongside Sonya Deville and Paige as part of Absolution and Fire and Desire before embarking on a memorable romance angle with Otis.

Fans were shocked when Rose returned to NXT in 2021 as part of Toxic Attraction with a striking new look, and even more surprised when she won the NXT Women's Championship from Raquel Rodriguez later that year. The former Golden Goddess would go on to unify that belt with the NXT UK Women's title, cementing herself as a top female Superstar.

$50,000 from one fan? You could have probably f*cked her for that.
