Goldberg Didn't MURDER Bobby Lashley At CROWN JEWEL...But He Gave It A Good Try In Brutal Match

The storyline heading into Crown Jewel was that WWE Hall of Famer Bill Goldberg wanted to murder Bobby Lashley for attacking his son several weeks ago on RAW. Well, they squared off at the PPV in a "No Holds Barred" match, and no murders were committed in Saudi Arabia (at least not by a WWE Superstar).

Right from the start, Lashley used a chain wrapped around his fists to gain the advantage, but a steel chair soon became involved and plenty of brutality followed.

Later in the match, Goldberg speared Lashley through the barricade and after one of his patented Jackhammers, the WCW Legend continued to brutalise his opponent until the action moved up the ramp. Fending off Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander, Goldberg took some shots from a kendo stick and then speared Lashley off the stage for the 1-2-3 victory.

After celebrating with fans, Goldberg made it clear no one should mess with his family as he headed to the back. So, he didn't kill Lashley, but it's fair to say he gave it a good try.
