Later tonight, WWE is holding a WWE Network special called
Smackville. Taking place at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee, it was added to the streaming service fairly late in the day and seems to be an example of the company testing out whether airing live events on the Network can working moving forward (we first heard about that a while ago).
Now, what is believed to be the main card has been revealed and, as you can see, the show will seemingly be headlined by a WWE Championship match:
