Dolph Ziggler has been in a very weird position for a while now, hence why there's so much interest surrounding his current contract status with WWE. So, what's the deal with his latest deal with the company? Well, it's being reported that The Show-Off has signed another two-year contract which will earn him $1.5 million a year, a pretty good haul for a Superstar not in the main event scene.
Of course, that's a position Ziggler does find himself in since returning to SmackDown Live because he's currently set to compete for the WWE Championship at the upcoming Fastlane PPV.
There's no word on whether or not the contract includes stipulations that he can leave after his matches, etc. but we're hearing that Ziggler never planned on walking away from WWE and it was always his plan to re-sign with the company for at least another couple of years. What comes next for him from here remains to be seen but he's going to be making an awful lot of money, that's for sure.
