According to Dave Meltzer in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson have either agreed to or actually signed new five-year contracts with WWE. There's a very strong chance that AJ Styles' heel turn and the reunion of The Club could have factored into that as it was reportedly planned out before Paul Heyman became RAW Executive Director.
Heyman didn't run creative or the entirety of Monday night's show but his "fingerprints" were reportedly all over it.
Meltzer notes that while The Revival were given the RAW Tag Team Championships and a partnership of sorts with Shane McMahon to stop them from going to All Elite Wrestling, Gallows and Anderson made the decision to stick around and are now making an effort to make The Club work alongside Styles.
We know it has potential so here's hoping it works out this time. Are you glad Gallows and Anderson are sticking around?
