Here's The Latest On Brock Lesnar's Current Contract Status With WWE

We haven't seen the Beast in the Bank for a few weeks now and a new report claims to shed some light on what the deal is with Brock Lesnar and his current contract status with WWE. Check it out...

Brock Lesnar made his surprise return to WWE at Money in the Bank and ended up walking out with the briefcase. After weeks of teases about him cashing that in on Seth Rollins, The Beast has been M.I.A. and  is presumably licking his wounds after a failed attempt to win the Universal title at Super ShowDown in Saudi Arabia.

Now, Dave Meltzer has addressed Lesnar's current contract status and shed some light on what sort of deal he has.

"I just know he’s been signing short term deals, but he’s been offered really good money so he may have signed a longer-term deal because he ain’t signing with UFC," Meltzer claims. "I think that’s real clear right now is that he’s not going."

"I don’t know if he was ever gonna go [to UFC]," he continued. "He may have been using it for leverage. I mean I never took it seriously that he was going I mean no matter what, I mean I never did."

So, with no UFC return in Lesnar's future, he's clearly staying with WWE and it will be interesting seeing when he next attempts to cash in and how long he'll stick around for after. What do you guys think? As always, be sure to let us know your thoughts and theories in the comments section below.
