According to Wrestling Inc., former UFC Heavyweight Champion Cain Velasquez successfully had his knee scoped recently and is now said to be feeling completely healthy. The site adds that he's been in the WWE Performance Center "getting in reps" and preparing for his next match.

What that will be remains to be seen, but Velasquez has signed a three-year contract with WWE.

He made his debut during the premiere of SmackDown on FOX last October, and later took a quick loss to WWE Champion Brock Lesnar at Crown Jewel. After The Beast defeated him in 88 seconds, it's fair to say that wrestling fans have mostly lost interest in Velasquez since then.

Shortly after the match took place, we learned that the one-time UFC star was suffering from knee issues, and was subsequently pulled from both a Live event in Mexico City and the Royal Rumble.

Are you excited for Velasquez's in-ring return?
