Over the past week, there have been rumblings about Tyson Fury appearing during this year's WrestleMania, and Dave Meltzer has acknowledged those in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
Apparently, there was already talk of Fury making some sort of WWE return before his fight last Saturday, but nothing was set in stone as the company seemingly wanted to see whether he defeated Deontay Wilder before committing to anything. Now, though, it sounds like the door is open to him doing something at the Show of Shows.
Whether WWE feels it's worth paying Fury for a one-off appearance is hard to say, but if those rumours about WrestleMania being sold as a PPV are correct, then there's a good chance this happens.
For what it's worth, Braun Strowman has offered to defend his Intercontinental Championship against Fury at the event, and while they parted on good terms, it would be easy enough to reignite their rivalry. We'll hopefully learn more soon and will keep you guys updated!
