It's been revealed today that former RAW Women's Champion Ronda Rousey is scheduled to undergo surgery on her broken hand this week. According to Sean Ross Sapp on Fightful.com, she's having the procedure done on Tuesday and broke her hand throwing punches in the WrestleMania main event against Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair.

The Baddest Woman on the Planet is under contract until April 10th, 2021 with WWE but she only committed to working regularly until last weekend's Showcase of the Immortals.

Rousey has made no secret about wanting to start a family and her storylines were written with the idea that she would be leaving after the PPV. What happens next is up to her but Fightful.com says that, "WWE officials are hopeful that she’ll return late this year or early next year, though she’s given no firm indication of her plans."

Justin Barrasso, meanwhile, says that she's tentatively scheduled to face Becky Lynch in a singles match at WrestleMania 36
