According to the sometimes reliable Dave Meltzer, there are plans in place for Lars Sullivan to "imminently" return to WWE. While no timetable has been given for his return, it will reportedly be "sooner than later." Given the time of year, common sense says that could be on the RAW or SmackDown Live after WrestleMania.
The original plan was for Sullivan to make his WWE main roster debut in January but his anxiety issues led to his push coming to a sudden halt and his planned match with John Cena was scrapped.
Cena is still expected to be part of the show and it's thought that he'll end up interrupting Elias rather than taking Baron Corbin's place in his match against Kurt Angle. In an interview last week, Triple H was quoted as saying "There's much more to come, you just have to wait and see" when it comes to Sullivan's status.
