Here's What Happened After Last Night's Episode Of SMACKDOWN LIVE Went Off The Air

Once SmackDown Live and 205 Live went off the air, a dark main event was held which saw Roman Reigns square off with Randy Orton. This match is currently taking place after every episode of SmackDown Live but unlike last week's effort (which didn't have a finish), this one featured interference from Elias.

Orton and Elias proceeded to double team The Big Dog until Finn Balor made a surprise appearance and helped even the odds. The two babyfaces then stood tall to send fans home happy.

WWE has confirmed that Reigns and Elias will square off at Money in the Bank but both Balor and Orton currently don't have opponents at the PPV. It seems likely that the former will defend the Intercontinental Championship against Andrade.

What did you guys think about last night's episode of SmackDown Live?
