Following this week's tapings of SmackDown Live and 205 Live, Kofi Kingston teamed up with Xavier Woods to defeat Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn in a tag team match.

Earlier in the evening, both Zayn and the current WWE Champion had competed in a gruelling Triple Threat match alongside AJ Styles. It's not clear whether this means we can expect to see Owens partnering up with his old friend moving forward but they are on different brands despite the "Wild Card" rule.

Kingston will defend the WWE Championship against Owens at the Money in the Bank PPV.

Right now, all of these Superstars are on their way to Europe for the first leg of that lengthy tour.
